Grimsby has been awarded £20 million over 10 years through the Plan for Neighbourhoods programme, which is a huge opportunity to bring local ideas to life and build a thriving future for our town.
To make sure the plan reflects what matters most, we’re setting up nine small working groups made up of people from all over Grimsby. These groups will listen, share ideas and help shape how this funding can be used to benefit everyone.
The nine groups are:
- Thriving business and town centre
- Beautiful built environment
- Green economy
- Connected to nature
- People are connected
- Secure homes and lives
- Strong and welcoming communities
- Opportunities and education
- Arts and culture
Why you should get involved
This is a great chance to have your say in the future of Grimsby. By joining a working group, you’ll help shape a plan that:
- Reflects local strengths and ambitions
- Guides where funding and projects go
- Makes the most of this opportunity for our town
How to get involved
If you want to be part of a working group or learn more about them, there’s still time to apply.
