Lucía Keijer-Palau is an investor in growth-stage companies at Generation Investment Management, an investment fund whose vision is a sustainable world in which prosperity is shared broadly, in a society that achieves wellbeing for all, protects nature and preserves a habitable climate. 

She brings expertise in (and a deep curiosity in and passion for) the emergent green economy; her belief in the generational opportunity the sustainable transition poses for our communities is what made her most excited to join the Our Future Board.

After studying history at Cambridge, Lucía spent some time working at the UN in Geneva before beginning her career at McKinsey & Company, working with a range of clients across the private and public sectors, as well as pro bono work advising leading UK domestic abuse charities on strategic initiatives.
