Jason is currently the Chair and co-founder of Our Future.

He is also the Chair of Onside Grimsby and the co-owner of Grimsby Town Football Club. He is a serial tech entrepreneur having been in leadership roles at Simply Business, Match.com, Skyscanner and lastminute.com.

In his last CEO role at Simply Business he built and sold the company for $500m to Travelers Insurance (NYSE:TRV) winning the Sunday Times Best Company to Work for twice. He is currently an investor in over 30 early-stage tech businesses through a private fund – 53 Degrees Capital.

He was previously a Leadership Fellow at The Blavatnik School of Government at Oxford University and on the UK board of B Corp. In 2018 Jason wrote a book on the future of work called Reboot: A Blueprint for Happy, Human Business in the Digital Age and writes a monthly column in The Guardian about football, philosophy and politics.
