James is co-founder & co-chair of COOK, and co-founded the B Corp movement in the UK and an impact investment firm, Snowball IM.

These experiences have led him to believe that all people want to drive positive change. Equipping and empowering them to do this in the context of a shared goal releases their talent and makes anything possible.

He is passionate about Our Future’s work because it is proving this point in a community/place, in the same way that COOK and B Corps are proving it in business, and Snowball is proving it in investment & finance.
