Our journey began in North East Lincolnshire in 2022.
Co-created with leaders in the town who have not been waiting for permission and have been getting stuck in to build a better future. Our model is designed to provide the support and resources local leaders need to galvanise change.
Today, it’s already inspiring places across the UK.
We believe that those most invested in the future of a place live there.
Our job is to support their ambitions, connect them to national support, back local leadership, grow the movement and create the conditions for long-term change.

We co-create local plans, seed leadership and build the infrastructure to make sure money flows in a way that’s fair, flexible and lasting.
We’re an agile, experienced team with roots in strategy, community building and social finance.
